Terms of Service

Kupe connects to your Google Business Profile and helps you monitor reviews for selected locations. We provide weekly summaries and related features as they become available.

You are responsible for the Google account you use with Kupe and for keeping access to that account secure.

You must have permission to connect and monitor the business locations you select.

Kupe is a paid monthly subscription. Your subscription includes connecting Google Business Profile, selecting locations, review monitoring, and weekly digest emails.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal from your Kupe account.

Do not misuse Kupe, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or interfere with the service.

Do not use Kupe in a way that violates applicable law or Google's terms.

We retain service data only as long as needed to provide Kupe. In general, data is not stored for more than 30 days after it is no longer required for the service or after you disconnect your account.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of Kupe after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Kupe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from using the service.
